The Summer Exhale:
A Nervous System Reset for the Overstimulated Mind & Body

You know that feeling where life is technically “good”  summer plans are happening, the sun is out, everyone’s excited —  but your brain still won’t slow down and your body can’t fully relax? 

Like you’re physically there, but mentally still carrying stress, anxiety, overstimulation, and the pressure of holding everything together. 

That’s what this experience is about.

The Summer Exhale is a guided somatic experience designed to help you move out of survival mode and back into presence, ease, softness, and connection. Through a blend of gentle education and body-led practices, Becca will guide you through releasing accumulated stress, tension, and nervous system overwhelm stored in the body.
