If you’re just beginning your yoga journey, we recommend starting with one of our more accessible classes to help you build a strong foundation.
Hatha or Gentle Happy Hips are great choices if you’re looking for a movement-based practice that’s easy to follow and designed to increase flexibility and body awareness.
Prefer a slower pace? Restorative Yoga offers deep relaxation and gentle stretching to help you unwind and reconnect with your breath.

Yes, we offer both WARM (88°F) and HOT (100-104°F) yoga classes through Infrared heating panels.
For the safety and well-being of our clients, participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend any classes at our studio.
We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely during poses. Yoga & Pilates is practiced barefoot, so no shoes are necessary.
Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, we have mats available for purchase or rent ($5) at the studio.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is important during your practice. Please bring a water bottle to keep yourself refreshed.

Yes, all classes will need to be pre-booked through our website “My Account”, or on the Mindbody App.
Good question! Cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class start time through our website “My Account”, or on the Mindbody App to avoid being charged.

We recommend coming 2-3 times per week to experience the full benefits. However, even practicing once a week can have a positive impact on your physical and mental health.
