Cancellation Policy 

Classes

Please cancel at least 4 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the applicable $10/$20 fee. Class pass holders will have a class deducted instead of a fee.

Workshops

Workshop purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a studio credit. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not eligible for a credit; however, your reservation may be transferred to a friend.
